This App Privacy Policy explains how Winspire RCM collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Winspire RCM mobile app.

This policy applies to users of the Winspire RCM mobile app and to information submitted through the app for support, demos, or business inquiries.

7. Account Access and Deletion

Neura access is provided to authorized users through their organization. Contact your administrator if you need access. The app does not offer in-app sign-up.

For account access or a deletion request, contact your organization's administrator or the support contact provided during onboarding. For information you submitted through the app outside an organization account, email contact@winspirercm.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. International Transfers

Client patient data is stored in the United States. Authorized team members, including our India team, may access it securely to deliver contracted services.

Business contact and support information submitted through the app may be processed in the United States, India, or other jurisdictions where Winspire RCM or its service providers operate.
